1. General

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers at www.stripedcat.com (hereinafter referred to as ”the website”). By placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the ”Terms”) and enter into an agreement with T&F Clothing AB, org. No 559155-9751 (hereafter The Striped Cat). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
  2. In addition to the Terms we also have a privacy policy, please read more here.
  3. Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship can place an order. If you are younger than 18 years old, you need a parent’s consent. Such a consent could be provided by a parent by sending their expressed consent in an e-mail to us.
  4. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the website at the date of placing your order.

2. Ordering/conclusion of contract

  1. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email is a receipt of your online order and confirms your agreement with The Striped Cat.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel an order if customer information such as billing or shipping information is wrongly stated or if stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
  3. In the event of backorders or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to manually cancel the affected order. We will in these cases inform you of which item that cannot be delivered. Note that you need to place a new order yourself it the item comes back in stock.

3. Product information etc.

  1. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website and in marketing and campaign material is accurate. However, we do not make any promises about the information. We reserve the right to correct misprints, errors in information as well as errors in product specifications.
  2. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately reflect the true colours. Hence the pictures of the products on the website and in marketing material should be seen as illustrations and not as detailed product specifications.
  3. All intellectual property rights at the website remain with The Striped Cat. This means that any use of trademarks, company name, product names, product descriptions, pictures and other information/material on the website, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the written permission of The Striped Cat. 

4. Prices and payment methods

  1. The price at which you agree to purchase the products is the price stated on this website at the time you place your order. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. When you have added items to your shopping cart and proceed to the check-out, you will see, if the prices are including or excluding VAT and which VAT rate applies. If shipping fees apply, these will also be stated at the web store’s check-out. The total charges for each order, including cost of product, freight and other costs is always authorized before capture.
  2. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website, including prices, is accurate. In the unlikely event of products being sold due to incorrect pricing caused by technical problems and/or mistakes by personnel of The Striped Cat, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.
  3. When you have added items to your shopping cart and proceed to the check-out, you will see which methods of payments applies. If for any reason the chosen payment method does not work at the time you place your order, we reserve the right to change the payment method.
  4. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner Klarna to guarantee security. Please visit klarna.com to read more about their secure payment services.

5. Promotions

  1. At time to time, there might be campaigns and other promotion activities on the website (”Offers”). Such offers run for a limited time period and are subject to availability. Any promotions, offers and discounts are available at the time of ordering and cannot be extended or applied retrospectively to completed orders.
  2. Offers cannot be combined with other rebates and/or offers, unless something else is clearly stated. 

6. Delivery

  1. All prices, VAT and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. You will find this information at checkout before the final payment step.
  2. Delivery times are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to and the choice of freight method. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for international orders. Please not that this delivery time is to be used as a guideline only. 
  3. We try to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 3-7 business days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
  4. If an order is delayed or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially dispatched due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 14 days after the order was placed.
  5. If your order is delivered to a service-point, you will you will receive a notification via e-mail, mail or SMS. As a customer, you are liable to collect the consignment at the pick-up point within the time-frame on the notification. If you cannot receive the consignment upon delivery or do not collect your consignment at the pick-up point, it will be returned to us. We will then charge 149 SEK for shipping and administrative fees.

7. Right of withdrawal/exchange

  1. You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal/exchange of the ordered product(s) when shopping online at www.stripedcat.com
  2. The returned products must be undamaged and unused, with labels and hangtags intact. If a product has been used or handled incautiously, so that it no longer can be sold as a new product, you are liable for compensating the web shop for the decrease in value of the product.
  3. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply for goods which are not suitable for a return due to reasons of health protection and hygiene in case their seals have been removed (for instance underwear and swimsuits). If so, this is clearly stated on the webpage.
  4. If you wish to return your order, please follow the process described here.
  5. Private persons exercising the right of withdrawal hold the economical responsibility that the returned items arrive The Striped Cat’s warehouse. The customers also pay for the return shipping. If you wish to exchange the item(s), the new delivery cost is on The Striped Cat.
  6. If an order is delayed or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially dispatched due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 14 days after the order was placed.

8. Complaints

  1. If the product is defect when opening the package or faults occur on the product, it can be returned against a valid receipt and/or order confirmation. See instructions here. If we cannot send you a new item within reasonable time, we will refund the return shipping cost and what you paid for the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Note that if the item is considered not to be faulty, according to the Law, we have the right to not approve a claim, resulting in no refund of return shipping costs.
  3. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect handling (such as washing above recommended temperatures) are not considered to be faulty.
  4. The Striped Cat supports the consumer purchasing act (konsumentköplagen) in terms of cancellation policy. For more information, see www.konsumentverket.se 

9. Dispute

  1. If you have any questions or comments regarding the Terms, your order or anything else, please contact our customer service.
  2. Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) provides a procedure, free of charge, to private consumers to be used in case of a dispute. See www.arn.se. Our policy is always to follow ARN’s recommendations. Dispute with business customers is settled within the general court system.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable Swedish law.
